Reese Bike Rack.

The 4-bike Reese bike rack incorporates strong cradles on the top tube of the bike rack with the security of a locking mechanism. One of the unique features includes a towing and swing-down function to maximize towing and convenience with many different vehicles. The hitch mounted bike rack also features a 3000 lb towing capacity and a 300lb max tongue weight. Not only does this bike carrier allow you to tow a trailer behind it, you can also tilt the carrier to access a hatch back or the tailgate of a truck. Not recommended for 1¼" hitches
