Transport your bikes without giving up the convenience of full rear vehicle access with the Revolver bike rack by Thule. Slide the Revolver into a 2" receiver and secure it using an included locking hitch pin. The hitch pin screws in using an included "Thule Tool" and then locked into place. A dust cover ensures the lock won't get damaged from road dirt and grime. When not in use, the bike cradles can be stored in the compact position by pushing down on the quick-release lever atop the vertical tube. Install up to four bicycles onto the rubber cradles and secure the frames with rubber straps and a plastic/removable vertical frame grabber. Once the bikes are secured, pull out the integrated cable lock that stores inside the Revolver rack frame. When not in use, the cable lock stows away back inside the frame. To gain access to the rear of your vehicle, pull up on the bottom swing-away handle and gently push the cradle with the bicycles installed to the side. The Thule Revolver can also be kept in this "swung-out" position by re-installing the pull pins. Every Revolver bike rack comes with a specially made set of keys for the rack as well as a limited lifetime warranty. Not recommended for 1-1/4" trailer hitches.
