VHMS Scooter & Power Wheelchair Carrier

This carrier is designed for those who wish to take their mobility scooter or power wheelchair with them on trips but do not have the room to put the scooter in their car, van or SUV. This wheelchair carrier's long ramp allows an able companion to roll the scooter or wheelchair up the ramp & onto the rack section of the carrier. The carrier can be stored in the upright position when not in use.

VH-MS Wheelchair Carrier Features

• 60-inch center folding ramp
• Ramp easily lock into a folded upright position with spring pull locks
• 7" from center of pin hole to carrier when folded up
• Ramp folds into a flat position when not in use
• Ramp can be removed
• Carrier tilts up when not in use. This carrier has multiple tilted positions.

VH-MS Limitations:

• Carrier Carrying Capacity: The VH-MS carrier is designed to safely carry 500 lbs.
• Hitch Weigh Limit: Most Class III hitches are rated for 500 lbs. Most Class IV hitches are rated for 1000 lbs
• Vehicle Hauling Capacity: Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's capacity to carry a load
• Will not work with class II or smaller receivers
• Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension to prevent sagging
• Please check with your dealer to find out if your vehicle's carrying capacity
• NOT recommended for tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers & camping trailers
