The Low Cost Alternative to a Wheelchair Lift
Handi-Ramp's wheelchair Van Ramp System Series is designed to be mounted in any van or mini-van using a quick and simple 3-Bolt installation, with no modification to your vehicle. They are made with strong, durable construction of either aluminum or expanded metal. The ramps fold up vertically inside the van door conserving passenger space. All of the ramps in the Van Ramp Series are equipped with "spring assisted lifting" for ease of use. The weights listed below approximate lifting effort. The are all equipped with non-skid tread ways and wheel guides for added safety when using your wheelchair. The Van Ramp Series from Handi-Ramp includes a full range of ramps designed to be mounted in vans or mini-vans. Van Ramps are available in 6-1/2 foot (primarily for mini-vans) and 7 foot lengths to correspond with your individual needs. The standard width of 26 inches accommodates most wheelchairs and vehicles. The minimum side door opening needed is usually 31 inches so please measure your side door opening. Other widths are available on a special order basis.

The expanded metal van ramp is less expensive and provides better visibility for the driver and passengers when folded up in the van
